Job Scope:
- Lubricates fan bearings to make sure the air con unit without producing any noise
- Checks controls of the unit and thermostats
- Cleans pipes, drain pans and blower wheel with chemicals
- Cleans fan evaporator coil to facilitate smooth transfer of heat without the buildup of dust and grime
- Eliminates operational noise and replaces faulty bearings
