Online orders with normal delivery will be shipped via courier within 2 to 3 business days. For local office addresses, delivery will be made between 9am to 5pm (SGT). During holiday periods, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process your orders. We seek your kind understanding during these peak seasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: Avenir Light;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Your order should arrive one business day after shipping if ordered by 2pm (SGT). Please note that Next Day Delivery orders placed after 2pm (SGT) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and delivered on Monday or the next business day. There will be no deliveries on Sunday and Public Holidays. In the event where the buyer is unreachable and\/or if no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be considered a failed delivery. Unfortunately, the re-delivery fee will be borne by the buyer. A fee of S$50(SGD) will be charged for orders under S$500(SGD).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px; font-family: Avenir Light;\">IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: Avenir Light;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Depending on your shipping address, all shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs and government service tax) which are set by destination Country.
